Guarantee Process

The seller selects the type of guarantee, publishes goods/services or adds platform orders.

The buyer purchases goods/services, and the order amount is transferred to a dedicated guaranteed trading account after payment.

The company notifies the seller to deliver/provide services.

After the buyer confirms receipt, the order amount is transferred from the dedicated guaranteed trading account to the seller, completing the transaction.

In case of fraud or other behaviors, the buyer can initiate dispute processing, contact customer service to request a refund negotiation, and after confirmation, the amount will be returned from the guaranteed trading account to the buyer's personal account.
